Bonus: he’ll be signing his new Phaidon book, Wildness: An Ode to Newfoundland and Labrador at this event. They’ll be joined by festival friend Brad Leone (host of the Bon Appétit show It’s Alive) and meat master Chris Cosentino (Jackrabbit, Portland), one of America’s foremost proponents of game and offal cookery.
